I have visited Bantayan Island for a couple of times already but the excitement is always there every time I hear the island's name. I could perfectly picture out the crystal clear water, white sandy beaches, the fresh sea breeze, pleasant local folks, and delicious foods.

When visiting Davao City, it is always given that a visit to Samal Island is a must. Visited Davao for three or four times already but I've been to Samal only once. To be specific, I stayed overnight at Isla Reta which is not located in Samal proper. That was indeed a great experience still. 

As I have mentioned, Samal Island is usually the first trip destination if you seek for adventures and if you want to stay away from the urban life. This time, we decided to try Villa Amparo Garden Beach Resort as suggested by a good friend of mine.
